I think they meant something completely different with the video. In the video they people are wearing gas masks and its supposed to represent war. I think taking that into consideration I think it supposed to be the news of war and war propaganda on the radio, and all those hearing it are getting tired of the radio. And the people are looking outside and hearing this, as thier radio is turned on listening. I think this parellels the growing video epidemic, in which we come to depend on video, and we turn it on for background music. And we can get tired of messages, adds, and propaganda on videos. |
