| I think this song is about remenicing about the past, remembering the people in your life that gave you joy and love and grieving that they are no longer with you. Not wanting to let go of those people and wishing you could 'pull them out of a dream' because you never got to actually say goodbye to them. But rather than dwell on the past, regreting not having had that opportunity to say goodbye and grieving for thr loss you feel in missing them, you'll say goodnight, not goodbye...because they're not gone, they stay alive in your memories...those people will always be with you in spirit if you stay true to those memories... | |
