the protagonist here is about to be hanged and here is my interpretaion He is questioning the prison system in here "Of a world that has gone very wrong for me" and "If there's a God then why has he let me die?" He look out and he see a world of god believers who in the name of god hang people to death in the name of justice and thats why the title is "Hallowed Be Thy Name" that to mock god believers. he know he did no wrong coz in the end who decided what is wrong and what is right we all are humans . no one is superior than one another. In the name of god some dumbfuck have decided it. he know god is a mere bubble of peoples thought he is their fear. Thats why he has no fear and he know our life means nothing thats why the ending line is "Life down there is just a strange illusion.
