I Adore this song . I have my own interpretation of the lyrics : " Sometimes I wake up and I'm falling asleep I think that maybe the curtains are falling on me" That is while totally awake, his brain kind of "shuts down" and he is off to another world . I mean, everybody has his or her own problems and "gotta get going", yet pressing the pause button can make him smile . It helps him to "start moving on" again . But soon innocence desapear, it's all an illusion and he has to go back to the real world, the active life . |
