This song really hits home for me. I was listening to it oneday during the summer a few years ago, and i recieved a text message that said one of my good friends had just died in a car wreck. He was like a brother to me, and i lost him. I broke down, and the words "I never thought, that this could go And take me away from all I know And lead me to think, I'm on my own But your love will take me You were the one.." played, and I laid there and cried for a bit. But now when i hear it it both saddens and comforts me, Because yes he is gone now... But He's always with me, and everyone we knew. |
