| Radiohead – Sail to the Moon. (Brush the Cobwebs Out of the Sky.) Lyrics | 16 years ago |
|
It's - "I sucked the moon." This is the most beautiful song RH has ever written. It doesn't have the chill factor for me that How to Disappear Completely has but still... Funny someone posted here it was a lullaby because that is exactly what it is for me. One of the last songs I listen to on my ipod at night and it lulls me to sleep everytime. |

| Radiohead – The Bends Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| Who cares what it's about. This song just simply kicks ass. 14 years and countless songs later, it's still one of my fave all time RH songs. | |
| Radiohead – House of Cards Lyrics | 16 years ago |

Uhh, it's forget about your house of cards, and I'll deal mine. Undoubtedly, it's about an affair... I love this one |

| Radiohead – Where I End and You Begin. (The Sky Is Falling In.) Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| This song sounds like Thom guest starred on Achtung Baby. You know it's true. I really love this song but I can't help thinking that every time I hear it. | |
| Radiohead – All I Need Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| I am an animal trapped in your hot car is the most brilliant line ever! What a way to describe this type of apparent unrequited love. They just blow my mind, every time, every line, every song. <3 | |
| Radiohead – Up on the Ladder Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| I don't think anyone myself included has the lyrics right to this song. It really sounds like he says up on the ladder where I talk to a steak, LOL up on the ladder, we wait for your mistake. I don't, however, believe that's what he's saying. Nevertheless, nothing anyone else has posted makes any sense or remotely makes me think yeah, that's it. Regardless, this song is sheer perfection as are most of their songs. I looove love love it. | |
| Radiohead – Bodysnatchers Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| This song always has and still does blow my mind every time I hear it. Thom takes me with him on this emotional downward spiral. This song is without a doubt about being forced to conform to someone or something elses standards and being stripped of your identity or more importantly your originality. It's a common theme weaved throughout Radiohead's discography. It's just this is an entire song about it and the music, lyrics, and his delivery are completely overwhelming. It's starts out alright, heavy distortion and his disbelief as to what's happened to him, then anger, then the guitar in the middle is sooo haunting and give me the chills - the surrender - then absolute panic. It's pure genius and one of my all time favorite RH songs. Genius, genius genius!!! | |
| Radiohead – Pyramid Song Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| BEAUTIFUL! | |
| Radiohead – Motion Picture Soundtrack Lyrics | 16 years ago |
|
Radiohead has the uncanny ability to marry the music and lyrics to create an absolute perfect delivery of an emotion. He sounds so defeated in this song, which by the lyrics, he is. I never thought the song about suicide.. I assumed the line see you in the next life was a reference to the fact he felt like this lover he was karmicly related to - a soul mate perhaps - and he was saying goodbye for now knowing he would be with her again in the next life. Red wine and sleeping pills get me back to your arms - a self induced sleep where he can be with her again in his dreams. Cheap sex and movies get me back where I belong - he returns to his old life without her where life is a bag of meaningless relationships and depressing times and sadly, that's where he feels he belongs. I love this band. They are unbelievable. |

| Radiohead – Morning Bell/Amnesiac Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| I prefer this version of the song. Danyelle is right. It IS creepy. The music to this song really adds to the intensity of what he's communicating. Divorce? Probably - but it's definitely about a break up - you don't necessarily have to married to have kids. Cut the kids in half - how dramatic. I remember hearing this song the first time thinking - did he really just say that? LOL. Just another emotion evoking song by the most brilliant lyricist ever. | |
