Ok that is so NOT true. Kurt Cobain didn't give shit about people, why would he marry someone he hated even if he got her pregnant? That sounds pretty old fashioned and he was anything but that. If you hear him talk about her in interviews you can actually tell that they really loved each other. She probably killed him because she was high and went crazy during a bad time. I'm not saying I like her or anything, but you know. |

If you watch the music video for this its the band dressed in come overs, sport jackets, and glasses. Kurt stands at a mike smiling and singing the song awkwardly while little kids and preppy ppl smile and clap. I think this brings your message across. |

This song is about a ton of stuff. I can see how most songs turn out like that. You start of with one thing happening and then it kinda sorta makes sense with this idea you had. Just because he says, She's over bored and self assured, doesn't mean the entire song is about a relationship or about sex. |

I think I'm the same. But really Kurt already did change how music is made today. I think the most amazing thing is, he accomplished this and died at 27. My sister is 27 and all she's done is designed a few measly parks. |

Another awesome one he sings solo. I've given this one much thought, it's difficult to understand but I think this might have something to do with drugs. He sings, golden needles name we take in vein, find it harder to remain. Then he talks about falling to the ground and not being able to take it anymore, he could be passing out. But then again, he talks about a girl and her pistol, maybe she shot him or he shot himself. |

Amazing song. I love how his voice is soft and sweet contrasting how it usually is. He really isn't a good singer, though I love his voice, but something about the way he sings it makes it sound more real and authentic. Like you know why he's singing the song. I could listen to it a thousand times. Meaning is pretty obvious and personal.

I totally get this song. Oh my god, it describes every thought I've had. Well, not every. But yea, I mean high schoolers just wanna go out and see the world, live life. I've always admired people in bands, like the band is everything to them not even a girl could get into their mess, they have that bond. I don't think the song is about being in a band or being a rockstar, it's just that dream every young person has because they don't want to get a fancy job and be like their parents. They'd rather have fun and die young than live a long, boring life. |
