I agree with Jaffaholic - I think its definitely about they guy being with someone and her asking him not to tell anyone. I think the "I hope you choke + die, on every single lie" would be the girl saying "We can tell people soon...I just need time" or something of the sort and her promises never materialising. I mean the lyrics are quite sad, but its a great upbeat song - perfect for throwing your ex's stuff out! |

I think this song is greatly about Leona losing her cousin Billie to Leukaemia just before she won the X Factor in 2006. "**When we had so much in store" / "They can take tomorrow and the plans we made" - Billie and Leona had this plan to go to America together. "**You always used to say, i should be thankful for everyday" - Billie decided to go home in the last few weeks of her life, saying that she wanted to live life as normally possible. So I imagine that in this line Billie must have told everyone she loved to make the most of their lives. "**No I can't believe it, I can still find the strength in the moments we made" - Obviously Leona can't believe she's gone. I like how the song ends on "But they can never have yesterday", because its just saying "They can take physically take youa way from me, but the memories will stay with me forever". On the side of the debut album "In loving memory of Billie" is written down the side. It seems she was very insprational. |
