This song sounds like maybe he hurt her but he wants her to know that through his mistakes he still cares. The chorus of the sounds like it means that he has these things that he wants to say to her and just wants her to listen. My favorite part is "You could crush me, but please don't crush me. Cause baby, I'm a dreamer for sure" That sounds like he knows that she could hurt him just like he hurt her but this time around he won't let her down. |
