This song is most definately about the character 'Jimmy' in the superb film 'Quadropehenia' Especially relating to the part of the film where he loses it and heads off on the train to Brighton Ocean Colour Scene's music and style are obviously influenecd by the 'Mod' era any true fan would realise this. |
