I saw the "Scottish Play" today. I have always heard that Lady Macbeth was supposed to be cold, unloving, witchy, insensitive, non-caring and an anti-mother type figure. Basically non-female. Well the funny thing was? She wasn't any of those things in the play today. So.... the ONLY derogatory thing I can think of saying is that I think she was a bad actress! Really not very believable in her role. But that is okay because the play was still highly entertaining! I'll always be glad I experienced it. XD |
