danny carey isn't the Bassist for Tool dude, and Tool is totally talented.
It's not always about the one person like Les and Maynard. If you actually listen to the collaborations in the music you'll find so many details, little guitar riffs and time signature changes that are quite hard to work out on your own. It's about the band man, you can't separate band members and compare. No one band can be the absolute best, because tool and red hot chili peppers and Primus are alll badass bands. BTW im not dissing les, Les is the shit man. In stead of fighing we should be banding together to kick the asses of fags who think that fallout boy is a good band, or any of that Non-music that stupid kids listen to now-a-days. |

well, the reason he calls himself a sell out is because he is. SImple as that. He doesn't hate sell outs because everyone ever is a sell out. It is impossible to be a non conformist.
He is saying that he knows he is a sellout, and accepts that. What he hates is hyppocrites, and calling him a sellout in a bad manner is being a hyppocrite, seeing as how everyone sells out. thats my thought btw. |

actually, scenes from a memory is written as a play where a man find's himself the reincarnation of a girl murdered in the 20's or something, and he wants to figure out her story so he goes to a therapist. He delves into his mind and finds out her story of how she was murdered. Afterwards, since he has found peace, he goes home and sleeps. the therapist follows him to his house and wakes him up and kills him. it turns out that the therapist was a reincarnation of THE MURDERER ALL ALONG OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOHOOOHHOHOHOOOOOOOOO! really though, i swear thats what that album is about. look it up. they even performed it while it was being acted out at their Scenes from New York show. i was there |

Funny, all that bullshit about the album being a hoax. Dumbshits. This song is infact about MJK's mom, she was paralyzed and in a coma for 27 years which is roughly 10,000 days. I saw them in Arizona When they first performed it in concert, and maynard cried. it was fuckin sad. there is possibly another meaning, but im pretty sure this is it
