I have to disagree with the posted lyrics. After listening to the song a bunch of times trying to figure out the words, I think the last verse goes "In the words we've said it all before In the lack of blood we fall short. Could this be the press of that that weighs on my life's end, please sing, the words to my once dear victory song." Anyway, the meaning of the lyrics is much clearer in this version. Claudio and Al's sniper duel over Newo is a bit more obvious this time, so you might not have to read the story to get the meaning. |
