I think youve got this spot on, Only i think when he says "i cant do this by myself" its referring to the point that in order for a relationship to work both people have to put the effort in and the relationship in this song sounds abit single sided, "i cant be somebody else" seems like he/she has been trying to change the song writer into something hes not and hes not willing to change him/herself in order for it to work. Such a beautiful song. <3 |
