| i'm pretty sure its Famine OR Disease, not Famine AND Disease. Their new songs are really good. They're kinda dark like Say Hello To Sunshine, but in a different way. Can't really explain it. i think the song is about the state of mind during a Panic. at least thats what the "this body cold and contagious" part sounds like, with the growing "AAAHHHHH" in the background. it sounds like it represents the mind going through a stage of mass panic as he is being shut in a coffin, ALIVE!! scary song, though |

i agree with f1nch_chick, except i think its a little different. first interpretation ever by the way. if u must flame me, do it nicely. "below the Earth, lies a serpent", under every seemingly good thing there is evil in some form or another, in this case i think its humankind nate is talking about. "fire and brimstone", just continueing on the belo the Earth thingy. "remove the backbone, say hello to sunshine, wake up your baptized", Nate is saying, I THINK, that at the core of every man there is a bloodthirsty animal, and is not quite as civil as man appears. |
