to me, i think of it as someone who has a crush or is in love with someone else and either the feelings are not reciprocated or they broke up and the person still has feelings for the other person and is just tired of it and doesn't want to be in love anymore because it causes so much confusion and heartbreak. i dont know if it means exactly this, but this is just my personal opinoion |

I think the song is about a boy or a girl that really likes or is in love with another boy or girl and is going to send them a letter stating their love for the other person, but they are wondering whether he/she should send it or wondering if the other person will understand. It might not be EXACTLY what it means, but its what i got out of it. |
