I Read all the comments and i think that everyones opinion is a good one, and re-reading the song, and reading everyones comments i've sorta drawn ideas together as to what this song could be about. I found it interesting when reading someones comment they put how the lead singer said when he was on stage it was as though he were wearing a mask and he lost himself withen himself. I think this song could also be taken into a perspective about someone he knows lying to him and betraying him, or even himself doing it to another. Talking to himself sayin that he sickens himaself (your sick, sick as all the secrets you deny). He could be hiding secrets his inner self, any of that and when people confront him he denys it or somthing like that. I don't really know if that make much sense. It's all kinda jumbled thoughts in my head... hahah. |

The part where it says: "The sun will turn dark very soon Your days are numbered when there's blood on the moon" "The earth will shake and the sky will fall The eyes will open of those involved Don't take the sign (thats what it really is i think), but you'll be killed By the man from seven hills" This is basically straight outta revaltions, only it's written in a slightly different way so it goes with the song more. I was reading revelations and it stated that the sky will fall and somthing about your days are close to an end when the moon is as red as blood ( don't quote me on that, i don't have my bible next to me to directly quote) but it's somthing close to that. But yes you are very right.. i think this song is just phenomanal in every aspect. |

| When I first heard and looked up the lyrics of this song ifigured it was mostly about relationships, and how all he wanted was to love this girl, but she just wanted lust. However the verse where he said "used to be the reason I breathed, now it's choking me up" I thought about it more and reliezed that this could have an entire different meaning to it. As someone previously posted, this entire song could be a meaphor for the music industry. The girl being the producers and stripping them from the way they have known music to be, the way that they have made their music to be. Their passion for music used to be their everything and the music industry and everything else they have been subjected to has made them dislike what they have been made to turn into.
