The sun is symbolic for concousness and awareness, he's discovering more about life and understanding things more and moving away from the person he used to be: the moon is symbolic of illusions and the subconcous. He used to be react off of instict and see all the hate and illusions that are in the world but now hes opening himself up to love and all and hes feeling good about it. |

Kind of reminds me of the movie 300. The 1000 warriors know they will die against the 10000 enemy troops but they would rather die than surrender. "It's better to die on your feet than die on your knees". The men know they can't escape their fate so have no problem going to the grave, or in this case Valhalla |
