| When I listen to this song it makes me think of the deceitful SF Bay Area weather. It's California. Hot? Sunny? Flat Sandy expanses? no no no :) It's cold, misty and hilly as hell. I live on Lake Michigan and I like to think that we have these amazing summers that no one knows about and everyone goes to California for them (San Fran being the exception). I know this can't possibly be the meaning, but I'd love to hear these guys are from the Great Lakes area and have experienced the midwest summer and are just hating on the bay area weather. As a side note, San Francisco is my favorite city in the country and I'm hoping to go to Berkeley for grad school, so I always feel a little guilty singing along to this song haha | |
