| This war is not about oil. Simply put! I don't get why people say that! The United States of America gets 2/3 of our oil from ALASKA people! Thats over Sixty percent! The war is further from oil than all of you say. It is not masked by freedom either. The troops sign up, I don't care what you say, your signing up for the MILITARY! Their main duty is to protect and serve our country and that means war so there is no way going around that. How is this an excuse for freedom? | Wow i don't know where to start. I actually like this song, not for the message but i think it just generally sounds good! Yes it's true many have died in Iraq, for no reason? Depending on how you think of the whole situation, you may not like war and you may not like why we are there, oil right? We set the global tone, and how is that responsible for a nation like us, to allow Saddam to remain in power? And for as far as some of you go, saying that why do our citizens have to fight a war for one man put in power? The sign up for this, they know what they have signed up for. The president of the united states of america is the commander and cheif of the military, he can do whatever he wants, if you have a problem with it then thats the beauty of this country.
