| My best friend whom I love wholeheartedly deploys for the second and last time since I've been with him. He leaves in two weeks for Afghanistan and returns home in four months. The past week has been extremely hard for me, possibly the hardest times I've ever been through. I heard this song tonight and reminded me so much of him. I'm going to miss everything about him and him not being here. This song now plays over and over again cause it eases my mind. Just to know he's over there fighting for us and protecting us makes me that much more grateful. I can relate to many Theory of a Deadman songs. I pray Nick is safe and has a safe return home come December. Xoxo troops! | |
