Arcadia is also just generally accepted as synonymous with Utopia --> some sort of idealistic place
So not really something Carl and Pete made up, but yes altogether a nonexistent land based upon some combination of ideals. Perhaps lawlessness fits into the equation but I'm not sure that covers it. |
