i think this is about him and a girl he once dated. they didn't work out and now she's having regrets about what she's done. "Youre counting days on the back of your hands You turn the pages til you have no more plans" basically means that this girl is living her life but destrucutively. she's hurting herself and possibly others, and this maybe the reason why they broke it off in the first place. |
