I just love U2 so much. The more I listen to them and really pay attention to the lyrics, the more I appreciate them. I saw them back in 87 and I really appreciated them then , but as I've matured and watched them mature as well, I've come to see them as the best band ever because they have it all. They aren't just about music but they rock as well as convey a consistent positive message without being preachy. Out of all of the members, I love Bono the most. Even with his faults ( I know some people have some negative things to say about him in particular), I think he's a phenomenal individual, getting better and better with age. Every time I think, okay...U2 must be done since they must have reached the top already..but nope, there's always more. I say, "keep bringing U2!" I will ALWAYS pay attention. LOVE IT! |

U2momma, it's okay not to love everything they put out. I can't say I love every song they produce, but I'd say I absolutely adore at least 90% of them. I guess it's kind of like anything else in life. You don't like everything about anything you like in life, right? |

Yes, I noticed that too. I guess you wouldn't notice that unless you are Catholic or Episcopalian, right? Maybe other denominations sing that song too, but I just know I recognized it immediately as a song from Catholic Mass. |
