i dont think the bells refers to weddings, i think its just like when people talk about fireworks or music when they kiss someone, its a reference to that grand explosion of love inside oneself. |

i think this song is about a girl he had a small fling with, like a one night stand or something, and he kind of fell for her and wants to continue seeing her but she won't agree or shes kind of bad news (she stole (LPs), she gave him an std (disease)? something like that), so it will never be. so hes just sort of reminiscing and dreaming about their night and her. it's quite sweet, i think. a love cut short by circumstance. |
