Now, i fucking love this song....i like the first verse... because of the drugs....just the drugs. Waking up dead....waking up on a comedown, with no more drugs to take, i swear is the most depressing feeling ever. You feel used and abused.....tossed around and mental. When you do enough of this ' medication'..... you feel absolutely 'insane', your brain just doesn't work, youdon't feel fit for society. I also like the '....they tried to tell her she would never be...' Because the stress put on young girls theses days is unbelievable and the desire to be 'beautiful' and 'perfect' is a constant bane on most women's life.... and last but not least the word 'Euphoric' is my favourite word.:) It just describes happiness, and the context in which it is used is amazing.... put in the context of drugs (again, i'm sorry!) Just yeah. |

But she does refer to kurt cobins suicide note, so therefore, we are going to make connctions to kurt cobain......and who says she had let his death go so quickly....this song was released setp 8, 1998, 4 years after Kurt Cobains death, she might of still been grieving then....don't forget, there are people who weren't even alive when Kurt cobain killed himself, but...you know the story You're a fucking nerd....you think people come on here to be insulted......they come here to put an interpretaion about music across to the world. You think people got over kurt cobains death quickly....when he died, people all over the world were not shocked...they were expecting it......but seriously....If courtney love worte the lyrics to this song (which she did), i think there would be some reference to kurt cobain as he was a large part of her life...don't ya think? |

I've always liked the way Courtney refers to herself alot in her songs, but not as an actual person, as love. I think its really clever. I was really high once,(don't judge me, we're here for the music, remember?) and i made up my mind that this song, which doesn't have to be downloaded, its on nirvanas self titled album (kinda like its greatest hits:P, its the first song:), you like nirvana, buy their albums instead of downloading, its nice to give something!) anyway..... this song for me, is like a personal suicide note- like anote to all his fans, and i swear that this song was the last to be recorded, before he died. If you listen to the fucking lyrics.....can't you tell that this is a man, close to the fucking edge......if you were writing music, with lyrics like this.....i wouldn't expect you to be alive within he next month or so?????? Alsoo....'I always knew it would come to this'.........since a relativly young age kurt would tell all his friends that he 'wanted to become famous and kill himself at the height of his fame' he always knew his death was inevitable. |
