omg i cant believe nobody has commented this yet! this is by far my favorite Every Avenue song :) This songs about (in my mind), a person who leaves home to persue his dreams but, is starting to realizes he wasnt ready to leave home. hints: "i was moving so fast, forgot to take it all in", &"if it all was a dream, then it was worth the memories. if i don't make it out alive, then know that this got the best of me" And he misses everything he had back home but is trying to be responsible and stand on his own. hints: " let my heart, woah, get the best of me this time. i lost myself and all that matter most to me. but one thing doesn't make a man." |
