Ever noticed that the part where it says " What do you dream about..." is sung to the tune of Reprise's intro? I thought Reprise sounded familiar. I couldn't figure out why I wanted to bust out singing, "Silas and Bo they got tired..." when I heard Reprise, but now I do.:) |

Wow this takes me back to the beginning. This is the very first song I heard from Mew. My older brother had mentioned them saying that they were the best band ever and I was like yeah...okay (I was still pretty into Death Cab For Cutie at that time). Years later I was on purevolume at 3:00 in the morning listening to Am I Wry? No. I thought I was dreaming because I've never heard of anything like it. It's like, where have you been all this time and more importantly, where was I? I bought their older albums and I've been a fan ever since.:) |
