I'm pretty sure that this song is about some sort of breakup that happened, but "All the love gone bad turned my world to black" suggests that it wasn't his first heartbreak, and he was pretty devastated over it. And the last verse "I know someday you'll have a beautiful life......." suggests that he wishes he was still with the person, and may be somewhat jealous or depressed at the thought that someone else will have her. I can definetely relate to this song, and after i go through a bad breakup i like to listen to this song bcuz it helps me get my tears and thoughts out...(yeah, i'm sensitive) |

and actually this song is about someone who has died. It is actually a rather sad song. I'm guessing that the lead singer "Der Graf" was very close to this person while they were dying, and in their life they were always there for him, and now in their death, he is by their side. It is, though, a very beautiful song...i makes me cry sometimes... |
