yeah I agree with you, it could be about any person like that who saves or improves peoples lives or helps them out. I think it is just about how underappreciated these people are I think it could be the relationship thing as well though |

I don't know if I'm right but I think it could be those two things and also suggesting the idea that there could be a higher power that controls what happens in the world. -'They can hear us, but we will never see them.' I think it could be that or the song is about how everything is down to fate. -'If my life were to end today, it wouldn't change the world in any way.' This could mean that if something happens, such as someone dying, it was meant to happen at that time or whatvever. Also, the fact that the name of the song is numbers count for nothing could mean that the song is trying to show how humans have created numbers, measurements, etc. to create structure that they can work around, but these things don't really exist because someone, someday just made them up. Just my take on the song, but I think you guys' ones are right as well, it could be about all of these things Awesome song though! :D |

This is such a good song, really meaningful lyrics, too bad the band isn't that well known though... It must be about someone going through a lot of hard times or knowing that something bad is going to happen anytime and is falling apart because of constantly beinng on edge. Didnt explain that very well but the song kinda explains most of it :P This is probably my favourite by this band |
