I love how you Consistently miss the point J... Yes drugs when used improperly are bad, and can be destructive to your health, but with all of that bad there is mirrored an insightful portion of free thought; unconstrained by the normal walls of our conscience and society, and contain a chance to Unplug and see the world fresh. The bad part comes in when you become trapped in this "easy-free" where you need drugs to function... To quote the comedian Ron White, "I know; I've seen me do it!" But now that I have a broader prospective on life and a healthy-well-cared-for-body and mind, I can appreciate things more than I could before I had those expierences. I am not condoning drug use; I am saying that overcoming addiction made me stronger mentally and physically. Everything has a price, but also contains rewards. So I ask you politely, Jaybird2, will you go fuck yourself and leave us in peace? |

As big of a waste of time as drugs are, they are still a choice. Pan and I aern't defending the behavior per se... but moreso the human ability to make choices. Which is indeed one of the founding principles of America. I am going to play by your rules for a second and say your statement of "No one drives Chevys (American made) anymore, its all Toyotas and Hondas." and your statement effectively saying, "Drug use is the media's fault; were just pawns!" as Communsist rhetoric, in which case you need to move to Pakistan. As unintelligeble as i find that last statement, I am SURE you will understand it. |

A well thought out list of reasons why you are incorrect. 1. You are pinning individual drug use on modern culture. It is and always will be a personal choice, legal or not. A weak willed person may follow that choice to gain popularity and be sacrificed on "the altar of fame and fortune" as you so put it, but nonetheless, IT IS STILL A CHOICE. Grow a pair. 2.You miss the point of the "Chevy to the levy" line. I believe it is an indirect reference to the song American Pie by Don McLean, but that's just me. And people still drive cars made by General Motors; Mabye not in Assrape, California where you obviously mirror views from, but around the Midwest and Southern America people still drive Chevys. 3. Your last statement is just asinine. If I may paraphrase, you basically say, "Why do it at the levy; that wastes gas and pollutes our atmosphere! Its only a quickie!" From personal expierence, FIRST TIMES are usually very delicate events for all parties involved, due to the unknown, the risk, the danger of being discovered, and the heightend sense of things that come with risky romantic encounters. You probably wont get caught at "the levy" like you would on her Dad's front lawn, and if an adolescent boy went toe-to-toe with a man who discovered his daughter having sex, there would be hell to pay from the 16 year old kid; no matter how old the man is... |
