this song is beautiful, in every sense i think it's about a fleeting almost-relationship that he is still hung up on, and she has just come back into his life in some way (maybe by informing him of her engagement) he can't hide that he is hopeful she will fall in love with him (again?) 'is this the end or just the start of something really beautiful?' i love 'don't call me boring it's just cos i like you' i think it's definitely about him asking her to give love/him a chance, while knowing he's already too late and feeling bitter, almost ashamed, of the fact that she's moved on when he hasn't perfect song. perfect lyrics. |
