I think it is about the mining accident. I think its kind of like the nursery rhyme "London Bridge" except bridges aren't falling down and its a mining town so therefore you get Londontown. "I'm a man got nothing to show for my work in the ground" makes me believe its about the mining accident. |

| Like London Bridge I think, but because its about the mining accident in a mining town its more appropriately reffered to as Londontown instead of London Bridge. | |

Billy actually wrote this song about killing his parents. He was couldn't kill his parents in real life, so he wrote a song about it. When he was just a boy doing normal boy things, his parents sent him off to a Christian boarding school and he feels like his childhood was stolen from him by his parents. "cut you like you want me to Cut that little child Inside of me and such a part of you Ooh, the years burn" is kind of saying, I kill you like you wanted to kill me. I'm a part of you because i'm your son. oh, those years when i was young burn and i haven't forgotten. "the killer in me is the killer in you" enforces the idea that Billy is expressing that his parents gave him the ability to kill because they killed him in a way. the song is amazing regardless of how you interpret it. very dark but i love it. |
