To me, this song sounds like it's from older drug days, and is about the sleepy sickness of those days. And the children screaming that know "my" name are an audience screaming for Aerosmith, but the band was fucked up and Steven Tyler couldn't even sing. Plus, depending on when the song was written, the band might have been all messed up with band members gone and whatnot. And as far as the "they'll scream forever, I know the pain" I think that refers to the emotional pain of the band being in such bad shape, and being on the edge of death and and Steven Tyler not being able to live out his dream because everything was going down the drain. :( sad song |

No, this is a Julie London song. Nobody in Aerosmith wrote this song. Walk This Way (their autobiography) says "They confronted me, and all I could do was yell at them: OH YEAH? WELL, WHY DON'T YOU FUCKIN' WRITE THE LYRICS THEN??? I didn't know what else to say because it was so hard and I was drowning in tears of frustration every day. "Seasons of Wither was about the winter landscape near this house I was living in with Joey near an old chicken farm. I used to lie in my bed at dawn, listening to the wind in the bare trees, how lonely and melancholy it sounded. I think this song is about being completely "spaced"- basically meaning that your'e out there, alone, put on the spot, etc. It's also about while being in this position, he's plagued by past memories. He's all alone in the world with just his haunting past, and the overwhelming sense that all of this is driving him insane, and just completely tapped out. |

This lyrics fro this song were written by Steven Tyler when he was 17, before Aerosmith had even formed. It's not about bad record sales. It's basically a song about wanting to be somebody. Dream until your dreams come true, because tomorrow you might not get a second chance. |

This song is an comparison of medieval times to the present. Mainly in ways that the times are the same. "I know I've lived this life before", means that the same situations are happening. History repeats itself. "De ja vu or what you please" is a line that is an obvious reference to something that has happened before. |
