so true, i am in the exact same situation with a guy that is afraid to "get his feet wet " again and i am basically wearing my heart on my sleeve. i see what i am doing in reaching out to him as taking a huge risk, even though afraid. but his past hurt is keeping him from doing the same. it is a really heart wrenching situation when you like someone a lot or love them a lot and they are afraid of you, not because of you, but because of what someone else has done. sigh...... |

| hi guys. in all honesty i think this song is about a girl who keeps attracting the same type of men over and over(unavailable men) and she gives up on trying to change that because it feels good, even though she knows it is harmful. when she says "now that i started to make really good mistakes", means to me that she is so addicted to her pattern of attraction, she sees all the wrong but it feels right, just like an addict. i have personally experienced this so this song is almost my soul on paper. just thought i'd give some more insight. thanks | |
