Even if your home did burn down, you have friends, you have family. you said you're staying with a friend til it all is better. That is something you should be rejoicing for! I'm sure that later in your life you will experience hardship, but until then, please save the cockamamie for someone else. And if someone swears does it make them non-christian? I don't think so. @kaythepenguinlvr Kay, you are trying to be bigger than you are. It is obviously you who is 'brainwashed.' Do not hide behind your shield of 'insults only offend me' and listen to reason. Your parents obviously are close minded towards Catholicism. You are 14. Don't try and act out of your age. You're too young to be lashing out against other religions.. at this rate our country won't allow God to be mentioned in school.. oh wait. We're already at that point. It's children like you who in 5 or 6 years will think they know all. When Barack Obama visited a CATHOLIC college, Notre Dame, he had everything referencing God covered up. Why? that is what their school is about, who is he to cover that up. Wait, he's the President. I read your journal, and no it did not change my view on teens. There are many teens like you, 'oh i don't do drugs, smoke or drink, have sex or party', and people know that.
