Why do you people keep insisting they're all word collages. If it's a meaningless word collage then you'll know. These are sentences and thoughts. They might be vague and the meaning might be hidden but it's not a "word collage". |

I always thought the baking a phallic cake was just a metaphor for him not being romantic and not taking things very seriously. He bakes a cake in the shape of a penis as opposed to something pretty and romantic they could eat by candle light. |

Me and my friend were listening to this album a couple nights ago. I literally had to turn it off because of how much it reminded me of my childhood. This song in particular reminded me of my dad's drug addiction and how my mom must have felt: fucking horrible. Granted, I was high as shit and that didn't help. I can listen to it fine sober, but jesus christ I almost cried.
This is missing the lines
"You think that I don't know that my lover's got a sickness that I can't fuck him out of?
He looks so alone,
I need some friends right now,
I need a break.
I will ruin everything,
I will take them on (?)"
This, along with the second verse haunted me greatly. I can't think this song is about anything else other than a marriage getting fucked up by the husband's drug addiction. |
