I am glad somebody actually put this up here. I have actually had a fairly lengthy discussion about this song and our first thought was about how it connects to the title "Dear Science." It's about how science has just kept fucking things up and how we need to get back to living our lives: Your [science's] structure's fine, My dust [nature] is better. For not speaking English as a first language you sure did hit the nail right on the head. Oh and btw I was trying to sound above anyone else, I had the discussion about the song with a girl who has probably read a thousand books and a brilliant English major. I'm the science major :) |
