Except i think he thought that he was in love, but when it came time that he decided to say it, he couldn't becuase ONE: she wouldn't listen or take the time for him, and TWO: he relized he's not in love with girl, and that he just wants to be in love. NO. this song is not about two people falling in love. It's not. "Do you ever wish we'd fall in love?" - meaning they are NOT in love. But they would like to be. " time just never seems to be quite enough" - meaning that no matter how much time they spend together, they are just not meant to be and they know it. UGH. i'm sorry this is not just for you, it's for everyone who wrote that it's about two ppl falling in love. |

Okay this song is not about two people falling in love. This song is about two people who once had something, but they weren't meant for eachother. They try and spend time together but it's not enough to keep the relationship. They want to fall in love, but they just can't. It's not sad really, it's just talking about something they wanted to work, but the two aren't meant for eachother and they know it. This is real life stuff and i think it's cool they wrote a song about it. |
