this song kinda brought me back to Lullabies... like Alex is writing about his brother. "Arrogant boy Love yourself so no one has to They're better off without you (They're better off without you) Arrogant boy Cause a scene like you're supposed to They'll fall asleep without you You're lucky if your memory remains" maybe he had to go to therapy after what happened, you know? like in Lullabies: "Dead - Like a candle you burned out; spill the wax over the spaces left in place of angry words. Scream - To be heard, like you needed any more attention; throw the bottle, break the door, and disappear." They seem to be about the same thing. I don't know though, that's just my opinion :) it's a great song |
