First of all, liking music should having NOTHING to do with conforming. That is just shit. If you like it, you like it. It's about the music, not the stupid politics people decide to side along with it. And anyway, just because you're just hearing about Paramore now, doesn't mean everyone else is. They've been together as a band since 2004, they were signed in 2005 and had their first album out that year. There are plenty of people (including myself) that fell in love with them back then with their first album. They aren't just some crappy band that was thrown together out of no where to make money and be the next hot thing. They care about their music and they've worked really hard to get the success they've been given. Now maybe you should actually give music a chance instead of being "too cool" and ignorant. |

It was originally on a now out of print ep called The Summer Tic EP. The sold it on the 2006 Warped Tour. Every now and then they turn up on ebay but they usually go for about 200 dollars. The track listing goes like this: Emergency (Crab Mix) - This was actually the original version of Emergency. The only difference is that it has Josh screaming in it. | Like_A_Dove is completely right. Josh wrote the MUSIC (although I'm sure they all had some of their own input there, but that's obvious). Hayley wrote the lyrics. If you keep up with their livejournal you'd know that much. Hayley has even said she felt a little bad that everyone here's her point of view mostly, since it's written by her. It's her voice, about the rough time the band went through. This is common knowledge. | |
