ok so I wanna start off saying that I love Meg & Dia :) their lyrics are so easy for me to relate to. In my opinion this song is about someone going through something very difficult physically and emotionally. And they are calling out for help but no one seems to notice. Hence the lyrics: "How hard should I fall Before it's my turn to be heard. How much pain should I show on my face Before you listen to a word." Just how I interpret the song. Haha I could be wrong. |
