Relax, the dirty boys take her somewhere she can afford But she knows they'll be round always Even with all she's got a passport to islands I couldn’t make up Do I look good in red she said I said always She says she said she'd said she'll wait Well I know I know I know that's not her way Does your breath breathe thinner in Ishtar This liquor so clear in Moscow Does your head feel lighter when you wake up there You take for granted the blessing of your name All the things you got You brought your way Do I look like I care she said I said always She says she said she'd said she'll wait Well I know I know I know that's not her way She says she said she'd said she'll wait Well I know I know I know that's not her way In the south the front she said Said I fell in love with him cause he looks good That's all she understood And she wore the love like a new life She wore it up and down the hotel walls And through the marble halls But true love is a fool's love Cause there's another part too And the plane ran out of seats, yeah She says she said she'd said she'll wait Well I know I know I know that's not her way She says she said she'd said she'll wait Well I know I know I know that's not her way She says she said she'd said she'll wait Well I know I know I know that's not her way *DONE* Overall, catchy riffs and great namesake backing-band, a weirdly charming voice with "I don't care" lyrics makes up Lissy Trullie's quartet to say, "Yeah: I'm in a band. And we're pretty good." |

I can't believe you are calling people out for trying to understand something that makes them happy. You don't destroy the wit and poetry by interpreting the meaning behind it, and you don't look cool and sophisticated when you try way to hard being deep and preserving "wit and poetry" anyway. What the hell would any book be if we didn't understand what the hell it meant? Open up your mind. |
