For me, this song is about an Arsonist who, no matter what he tries, can't stop himself put things on fire. '' Prend le pas mal'' meaning, he doesn't want anyone to take personally what he does. ''Je suis creux dans la spirale'' . A spiral never really ends and the person in the song is completely lost inside of it, not able to climb back up and be normal again. It just drags him even more under. ''Pyromane jusqu'au fond des veines'' the person realize that being an Arsonist is a part of himself But there is also something more personal; he speaks directly to someone at the start of the song, mabby a girlfriend?. That person the Arsonist is speaking to, helps him control is impluses: ''Tu éteins mes rages, me sors de l'entonnoir'' But at the same time it makes him even more violent: ''Tu éclaires mes idées noires'' The chorus is like a first-person view of the Arsonist: he sees the one he loves in front of the fire and ''Tu pourras dire que je t'aime, que je t'aime à mort'' is like he did all this just to prove himselft. |
