| This song reminded me of "Night Diving" by Thrice the first time I heard it. Both seem to capture the feeling of being under water within the music. It just makes you feel, and it's the perfect lead up to "Viola Lion." | |

| Yeah, I'm still unsure about what he's saying. I'll wait for some more input before changing it, though. | |

| I believe the song is pretty much about how humanity is destroying the planet everyday and messing around with stuff that should be left alone (ie: the "Men play God" line), and most people feel there is no consequence to those actions. A lot of people say things like, "What I do to this planet doesn't matter because I'll be dead when the damage becomes visible," but this is our home and we're destroying it, and the damage is actually becoming apparent today. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse our actions and we are killing our home. | |

Correction: "What's sad is those with nothing have the most to prove" Basically, the song is about the people who just work on bettering their own life without thinking of anyone else and realize that in their quest for the "perfect life", they actually ruined what they had going for them. They blame everyone else for the negative things in their life when really, they did it all to themselves. |
