The song is saying that the girl is always starting arguments with him for no reason. Almost as if she enjoys arguing with him. She keeps arguing but he doesn't ever retaliate so the arguments are all one-sided. "Well, you gotta chill out 'Cause, baby, I don't wanna fight with you And every battle we fought Just made us look like fools" She takes everything he says to heart and she needs to "chill out" because he doesn't do it on purpose- he "don't wanna fight with you" "Now you're rounding up your army Turning all your troops on me" not sure about this bit but i took it to mean that she brings everything she can into the argument to make it bigger. She brings it all in to make her argument better. |

this song is pretty obvious. Its about a girl who is acting weird all of a sudden and the guy suspects its to do with him and that he has done something wrong but he doesn't know what. "All I need is just an answer, please So I can show you what you mean to me" He wants to know what he has done wrong so that he can make it up to her and it can go back to how it was because he still really likes her and doesn't want to lose her. |

i agree with musicspinstheworld but i also think that the line "hope to see you at the finish line" could be that the 2 people go their seperate ways but he hopes that they will both end up in the same place and be reunited. songs itself if beautiful and so amazing to hear them sing it live like i did last night!! |
