Am I the only one that noticed the masonic symbols in...I don't know all their music? The song is about Finding enlightenment through being broken down after masonic ritual. Don't believe me? All highly successful entertainers seem to go through this "metamorphosis" point in their career. After embarrassment. Falling to the deepest low that they can get to then being resurrected like a phoenix. Some rappers go to jail. Some are embarrassed publicly through ceremony (taylor Swift for one, michael jackson for another). "Took what they offered me"...Robin thick and numerous other artists say these EXACT same lyrics. I guess no one else Noticed The PYRAMID, like letter "A" at the TOP in the BEGINNING of the video... I love Coldplay btw. And i have no problem with masons. Just Pointing out what people refuse to see. |

Even with all the material things in the world you still have to realize true happiness is obtained when you love yourself. I think that Gnarles has had a struggle that has freed him and allowed him to reach his full potential. So thats why he has scars. Like a testimony in a way. The reason the Neighbor wont ever be him is because he lust after world things. Instead of oneness. |

| This is wild. After reading everyones comments it makes me think a lot. Personally I follow the Zeitgeist movement, but I do believe that any good book of stories has a wise purpose. I can see it going both ways. Sun could be interperated as "SON" i guess. Maybe that would only work if you open yo mind to other things and other "books". Still I never give up on a Diety being real. We all know its there. It just manifests itself PERSONALLY for everyone. only you understand it the best for you. Great band Great song. Good times. | |
