A lot of the music for Mr. Crowley was Randy's idea then we worked on the music together. The vocal melody was Ozzy's and I wrote the lyrics. That was the case with most of the songs on Blizzard. The same on Diary except that Lee worked on those songs with us and came up with some of the vocal melodies. I wrote all the lyrics for Blizzard, Diary, Bark at the Moon, Ultimate Sin, No Rest for the Wicked. |

This song was written by BOB DAISLEY about Ozzy. He saw what Ozzy was doing to himself after Sabbath. Ozzy did NOT write this about Bon Scott. Lies, lies, lies. He has been telling lies for decades about his songwriting. Bob Daisley wrote most of his best material up to No More Tears. IF you don ;t think Bob wrote Ozzy's lyrics google "Max Norman KNAC" and read the article.
NORMAN: Yes, he really does. The other thing is that whole band kinda gave Ozzy his new sound. There's no doubt drummer Lee Kerslake made some great contributions. And I believe a lot of the lyrics we're written by Bassist Bob Daisley (Ozzy, Gary Moore, Uriah Heep). Although they might want to dispute that now. |
