I took three years of Latin in high school, and four years out of high school I have forgotten most of it, so I'm right there with you. Anyways, your translation (all of them) is correct. Mostly because I would listen Enigma while sitting in Latin, as it was my teachers favorite "band", if that is what you want to call them. |

Its "Adios el vaya con dios" or "Adios en vaya con dios", depending on where you're from. Just saying. I translated it to something along the lines of "Goodbye! I'm goin' with God." Translations are usually shaky, so you could probably throw in "Later" or "Bye" in place of "Goodbye". |

Wow really? I ALWAYS thought it was "I was just a ghost trying to catch some Miss Pacman."
But the "trying to catch some respect, man." Makes more sense with the rest of that verse. Even though Miss Pacman would also make some sense with Slug, due to his woman issues. I don't know, either way, amazing fuckin' song. |

Old comment, I know. But I really doubt that's the reason for the line. A "bleeding heart" is basically someone that has emotional problems, and allows them to encompass their being. Atmosphere is saying he's done with feeling sorry for shit. |

This is by far one of my favorite Atmosphere tracks ever.
It seems like this is about fear. The shit that keeps you awake.
Roos'- He's scared of Life.
Slug- Obviously, his female problems
Grae- Meth addiction, or previous addiction.
I don't know, just a thought. |

| MGMT – Love Always Remains Lyrics

Ehh to me, this song is more about feeling nostalgic. Some others pointed towards nostalgia just before death, but I think it might be more of nostalgia in general. Like, the moments have passed, but the "love always remains". Maybe I'm wrong, whatever. I just know that when I listen to this, it makes me remember times I've had that I would kill to relive, but I know I can't.
Ya know?
And who really cares about whether the songs are about drugs or not? Let people do what they want. If it kills them, its population control; if it strengthens them, it helps society in some way. Either way, I don't see a problem drug use, but hey, thats just me. |

I'm fairly certain SpEd is right, but as with most songs, meaning can be different for different people. People who are literal, take the song as it is, without looking further, without caring what the intended meaning is. And vise-versa for the symbolic people. For me, the literal "meaning" of this song is closer to me than Slug's intended meaning.
But hey, thats just me. |
