Saw him perform this at Soundset '09. From the gyst I got of the song previously and from his lead into it, it's about never giving up. His motif on this new album seems to be songs to motivate and stick it in the face of nay-sayers. |

I get the feeling that a lot of this is about a couple of junkies who were together and have since broken up. The "narrator?" has gone on and gotten clean and wants his/her former lover to do the same so that they might be able to be together again. However, the other is fighting it. Still, the "narrator" won't give up because he knows who she used to be or could be, and wants to save her. |
